When you register a new domain name and a hosting account you need to connect them with the help of configuring "name servers" into domain control panel.
Please follow the steps below to configure your name server:

You have to use "add on domain" option in your hosting control panel.

When you register your hosting account, you will receive information regarding your hosting server details, which contains name server address.

You need to copy this name server address.

Then move to your domain registrar control panel, which is Godaddy for you, and find a option called "change name server".

Put the name server details there (it should be like "ns1.yourhostingcompany.com" and "ns2.yourhostingcompany.com").

After configuring this save it and move to your hosting account control panel.

You’ll find an option called “Add on Domain". Enter your new domain details here.

Within 24 hours of time your domain will start working and you can control its functions from your hosting control panel.
