When you sign up for IM Conversion, we send you an email with your login credentials. Your login credentials are your email address and a random password.
If you didn’t get the email with your login credentials, please create a support ticket and we will do it manually for you within 12-24 hours.
If you want to change your password at any time, you have two options.
- Either use the forgot password option
- Login to your account, and change it under ‘My Account’
The first option is explain here.
For the second option, login to your account, click on the ‘Manage my Account’ button and enter your current password, and your new password twice in the form that shows up in the ‘General’ tab.
