Ok, so you have forgotten your password. Not a problem mate.

Don’t worry. It happens to the best of us.

  1. If you’ve lost your password, then go to the login page.
  2. There, you will see a link called ‘Forgot Password?’. Click that and a popup will open.
  3. Enter your email address that was used to open your IMConversion account and hit the ‘Submit’ button.
  4. If we find an account with the email address you entered, then we will send you an email with a link.
  5. You need to click that link, and choose a new password. Enter it twice, and save.
  6. After that go back to the login page and you will be able to login with your email address as the username and the new password you just created.
